Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2025
Architect is an early-access IDE tool built by an independent team of developers ("the Architect team", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Early access requests — your name, email address, and optionally your company or team name.
- Account sign-up — your name and email address.
- Bug reports — any information you choose to include when submitting a bug report via our Google Form. This is entirely voluntary.
We do not collect payment information, telemetry, usage analytics, or any content from files you work on in Architect.
2. How we use your information
- To send early-access invites and product updates to people who requested them.
- To manage your account and provide access to Architect.
- To review and respond to bug reports.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
Bug reports are submitted through Google Forms, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use any other third-party analytics or tracking services.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you access to Architect. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To do so, email legal@architect-dev.com.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Architect evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Architect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
