By accessing or using Architect ("the software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Architect.

Architect is developed and operated by an independent team of developers ("the Architect team", "we", "us"). We are not a registered legal entity.

1. Alpha software

Architect is currently in early access / alpha. It is a local desktop application provided as-is and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. We make no guarantees about stability or continued availability of future versions.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Architect for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source code.
  • Use Architect to develop a competing product without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Architect or any related infrastructure.

3. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in Architect (including the software, branding, and documentation) belong to the Architect team. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights. Your own code and files remain entirely yours.

4. No warranty

Architect is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use it at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Architect team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Architect, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Architect at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using Architect at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Architect evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Architect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
